Mysterio and Spidey get to meet Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal!

To say this experience was fun, is an understatement.

It all started with our local convention, FanX, bringing Tom Holland to town. I was excited for my dudes to get a chance to meet him. I already had a Spiderman costume for one of my boys, and thought dressing the other one up as Mysterio would be so fun for a photo. So, I got to work making that.

I didn’t have much time to get this costume done, and didn’t take enough pictures of the actual construction. But, what I have I put in this video. It was so, so amazing to see Tom with my dudes. He jumped right into the fun when I asked him to team up with my little Spidey, and pretend to be fighting my Mysterio for a photo. We were on cloud 9 after!

Shortly after FanX, I learned that both Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal would be in Chicago together at a different convention. I tossed it around in my head for a while and then decided to take them to recreate the picture with Jake. It was such an incredible trip for me and my dudes. I hope to do it every year now.
